I had the most wonderful first honest to goodness mother’s day. Daddy and Colin made me very yummy french toast with extra thick bread from Panera and cinnamon. MMMMMM!
And then we went out to Newark Park, famous for it’s Cherry Blossom trees, and had a picnic. We had all of the usual picnic fare, fried chicken, brie, bread, grapes, etc.
This is Colin eating his first bites of grape:

Daddy and Colin decided to be hoodlums, ha ha, in this picture:

Wow, he is growing fast. Has he asked for the car keys yet and informed you that he will be out on a date rather late, so don’t bother to wait up?? Such a cuty, I am sure the girls will be all over him. I notice the coats. We had record heat at 96 degrees on Monday and you guys are still wearing coats, amazing.
Only about a month until Judie and I get to meet and hold Colin, we are very excited.

I’m happy to see all of you in pictures again. In about two months, in person, at campground. Colin looks advanced and contented. I don’t have a lot of words; I just look at these pictures and smile. Then I do that some more.
